time takes care of cute

stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years on road trips between Texas and Ohio and it used to be great. In 4-5 years time, it's definitely not what it once was. Extremely dirty, worn and unattractive.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed at

No Microwave.. no fridge. No trash can. No inside door handle. No clean walls. No clean floors. No working TV. No vent in bathroom. First time I’ve ever left a review… and this is why!!

This was one of the worse stays i have ever experienced. I booked this hotel due to the fact it said it had breakfast and the pool was open. I got there and there was jo breakfast and no pool so i was extremely pissed off because i had two kids that was excited about the pool then i was told the lobby was completely closed and there was no breakfast offered we are on a strict budget and that was a necessity that was way i booked and then it was not offered these are things that need to be addressed on the website or at booking that thwy are not offered. But i will not be staying here again

My opinion

It was terrible stay. When we first walked in the fridge being held up by a old pizza box. We didn’t get clean sheet or anything until we asked them to do it, even when we did ask they still didn’t do it. The shower curtain holder is coming out the wall. We had a leak from our toilet and the flood was bad and made my mom slip and fall when she visited. Our dresses drawers was broken we couldn't barley put anything of us up. I don’t have any pictures because overall the stay was terrible.

My room lock was broken; my only defense was to barricade myself in room with table pushed in front of door. This was completely unacceptable; I checked out with the agreement for a full refund. Expedia has NOT contacted me from my refund request, day of and day after reservation. Do not book this hotel, rooms are not as pictured.

The bathroom toilet was very rocky and the tub/shower wasn’t to good. The was pressure for the shower was absolutely horrible! The bathroom was the worst of all! The bed was so hard didn’t get much sleep between the bed and the noise from the interstate.

If you are staying for free you are paying to much

You get what you pay for & I paid too much. Beginning with check-in and having to stand outside to check-in trying to understand a young man talking through a mask and a window. TV all channels were fuzzy, not a big deal wasn't there to watch TV. Ice machine was broken (sign on it stating it was broken & go to front desk for ice) front desk person didn't know what I was talking about. Vending machines were broken wanted to grab a snack. This hotel is in desperate need of a remodel.

Challenging Checkin on Cold Night

Reserved 1 king room nonsmoking. Property next to noisy freeway. Checked in through an outdoor window with Robert. Guests weren’t allowed in the lobby due to management’s concern about covid. I stood in 32 degree cold with wind, rain and sleet. Robert said all the king rooms were on the freeway side. Asked for room opposite freeway, $10 upgrade fee for 2 double beds non smoking. Arrived at room 248 which smelled like cigarettes. Contacted Robert about changing rooms. Had to go back to outdoor window where Robert was working, had to stand in cold and rain again. He gave me keys to new room 238. Keys didn’t work; door lights didn’t activate. Went back to outdoor window to see Robert again. He collects batteries and a screw driver and walks back to 238 with me. Screwdriver won’t fit the slot. Robert goes back to office to confer with manager. I stand outside 238 in the cold, wind, and rain (hallways are outside 😞). Robert comes back with keys to my new room 240, 2 double beds, nonsmoking, and we go inside. Room is acceptable. Later that night I smell cigarette smoke coming through internal ventilation system from another room. Overall very disappointed with condition of property and lack of access to lobby. Free advertised breakfast not available due to locked lobby. Please note Robert was very helpful and responsive handling a difficult situation not of his making. Don’t recommend this property because of this experience. It isn’t worthy of the Wyndham brand.

Hotel is not nice and not clean. Towels and wash clothes were stained. Bed and bedding were low quality and comfort. Lobby was closed, continental breakfast was provided in paper bag through the checkin window.

The floor is not very clean. We booked 2 queen size bedroom for 3 people to stay in the hotel. The bed size is smaller than queen size beds. I believe there are 2 single beds rather than 2 queen beds. It's false advertisement. In addition, there are only 2 bath towels in the bathroom. Also, the toilet seat is not well attached to the toilet. It would become detached easily. I had to reattach the toilet seat several times. I would not recommend this hotel.

The beds were very bad made noise when you moved. Lights want on and off. Asked for non smoking and got a smoking room. Shower were very slippery almost fall.ac didn’t work front desk very rude and didn’t listen to anything I had to say. I will never stay here again

Horrible Stay

This is a disgrace to The Days Inn Brand. The room was filthy, there was no hot water at the bathroom sink-only cold. The bed mattress was old and squeaked horribly when you sat on the side. The bathtub was pealing on the inside of the tub. Buyer beware and DO NOT STAY THERE!!

Don't do it!

Even though we knew not to expect much, this was by far one of the worst hotels we have stayed. Bathroom was disgusting. Bed was the worst we have ever slept on. Coffee pot hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. Wouldn't stay there again if it was free!
