Hotel murah di Benton

"The security latch /lock on the door was missing half. The windows was a two piece held together with clear tape. The trim on the bottom of the wall was missing in places and fell off laying in the floor in other spots. They actually give you a plastic bag with your soap,wash cloth,towels and toilet paper. ( like am I in jail ?) And the ice machine is falling apart no scoop . Nothing in the room to get ice with. No ice bucket no cup nothing."

"For $100 a night, it would be really nice to have a guaranteed clean experience. I don’t care if I’m in the middle of nowhere Arkansas, Best Western properties are known for better and this one just made me want to leave and go find a shower. The receptionist was super nice though. It’s not her fault the property is not maintained well. It’s a $50 a night room, not $100."

"Newly remodeled and very nice and clean. I wish there was a clothes rack/rod of some sort to hang my clothes, as we were in Hot Springs for a funeral and had dressy clothes that needed to be hung. It also would have been nice to have had an iron and ironing board, but I don't think the rooms come equipped with those. We received so many different emails with gate and room codes that it was a bit confusing. Overall, we were happy with the room as it was very clean, which is what it most important...

"There was trash in the drawers in the room. The bathtub would not drain. The toilet would not stop running and the sink would not drain either."

"Looked newly remodeled bath and flooring. Tub drain extremely slow had to turn off water during shower to allow water to drain off"

"It was almost "just right". I wish there was a small shelf in the room by the bed, a place for the remote or reading glasses. The instructions weren't very clear about what to do with the room key (place them in the box by the pool-what pool). Also the bathtub is slippery when wet. Good location, close to everything but also not the nice part of town at all."

"Before I leave this, I need to say that the staff at the hotel was great, very kind and helpful however, when we arrived, we checked in 4 hours after check in time. When we arrived at our room, the door was open and the room had not been touched. One bed was completely stripped and there were dirty sheets and blankets on the sofa bed and the floor. There were no towels, wash rags, soap, or clean sheets or blankets. I had to walk all the way back to the 1st floor because there was also no phone...
