"Everything was great and the staff was very helpful. The free shuttle service to Simmons Bank Arena for the concert we attended was smooth and easy. Beds were comfy. Our river view was nice. I wish we had had the convenience of a free breakfast and free parking but it is clearly noted before booking that both are available for an extra fee so I knew to be prepared beforehand. Will stay again!"

"The parking lot at the rear of the hotel is dismally small with the 3 open corners totally unusable. The advertised Valet parking was totally absent at 9 PM on Saturday the 12th with a line of cars waiting that extended the full block. I had to used a public parking lot a block away and walk through the rain to the front door of the hotel. The hotel is very clean and well maintained but the absence of the valet ruined the experience for me personally."

"What a special place! If you are into unique, historical and elegant, this is your place. The bed was comfortable and shower nice and hot. The gardens were beautiful. The only let down was we thought there would be a made-to-order breakfast but the cereal, muffins, coffee and juice were fine. There was only one other couple staying so it was quiet and peaceful."
