"Room service was really bad, they didn’t clean up the room at all, the couch in the living room was so uncomfortable and they don’t have a separate bed for kids. Staff was helpful and location was working for us but that’s it."

"Our hotel room was very clean and the surface was great. The only downfall was that they advertise an outdoor pool however, the outdoor pool is under maintenance. Unfortunately, when I called the property prior to booking, I wasn’t able to get a hold of anyone so I took my chances and booked anyway. Other than that, I would definitely recommend."

"People in the room next to us were very load and kept up us up from 1 am to 5 am"

"It was a nice stay here. The only caveat I have is house keeping. Our room was not cleaned at all yesterday (6/30/26). I had to go to the front desk at 7:30 last night to get toilet paper. The shampoo they supply wouldn’t even lather up a baby’s hair. We had to go to the store to buy some. So if you’re planning on staying here, bring your own shampoo and conditioner"

"Our room was by the elevator and was extremely loud, you could hear everything. The elevators were very slow so we ended up taking the stairs most times. Our shower never had hot water, it was go from warm to cold while you were in there for no reason. Breakfast wasn’t filled or kept up with so wasn’t able to take advantage of the amenity."
