"The night front desk person one of the nights wouldn’t open a locked front door for my husband (yet he opened it for others) when he tried to enter the hotel after a 14 hr work day. Then when asked why wouldn’t, he gave a snarky comment back. Shameful. Otherwise everyone else was incredibly friendly and helpful "

"Loved the historical photos which were in the halls, the building is beautiful. We were greeted by friendly staff, she brought us an extra pillow, glasses for the room. Walked over the hill and there's the beach! Thank you, we will be back! We never knew the history of Jacksonville Beach, and we're right down the road a couple hours."
