"On upon checking , the staff were amazing and smooth check in ,
The room itself could have had a bit of attention , windows don’t open , heating can’t switch off and mattress was rock hard , the bathroom looks brand new and the shower was amazing with but the bathroom sink took about 10 -15 mins to drain away . The check out was also very quick . Also there’s a booking taxi screen in reception which was very handy"

"I was pleasantly surprised with it being a Britannia Hotel. Beds aren’t comfortable though, not one bit, only thing I could criticise"
