Really enjoyed it the rooms were clean people are friendly and helpful its nice having sefton park so close for morning walks we would definitely reccomend and will be staying again in the future

I was looking for a good budget accommodation I could cycle/walk to from the station (allow 40-60 mins walk with heavy bags) Pleased I stayed , looks like there's plenty of renovation going on but glad there was room in inn for me ....just wish there'd been running water with the kettle in the upstairs kitchen...but a small grumble. Definitely would stay again .Gareth :)

I like the management of this hotel but when it's come to laundry and cooking it was a quite tough to go in basement from 2 floor

Great value option

No frills venue, but didn't expect it, and the room was nice. The guy was helpful too. Bit of a walk from the centre, but we knew that and that's fine. Nice area and very near Lark Lane, which was very nice. Overall, a great value option.

On the whole very good. Nice touch with a shaving mirror and light, pity there was no plug in the sink.

This is budget accommodation, which was clean and spacious and a reasonable location to easily get into the city with bus stop outside. There’s no TV in the room which was disappointing and not highlighted in the listing

Didnot like anything about this property carpark and entrance had old mattresses trown outside overgrown weeds all over inside was very poor stains on carpets shabby beds kitchen like a building site i walk in and came straight back out and booked another hotel that same day

Get what you pay for.

Its basic you get what you pay for. It would have been nice to have a sheet that wasn't stained from other guests. The loft hatch was opened as well which was a bit scary. Our room was also double booked, we where lucky we got to the room first or we would have been screwed.

The location was really good for me. Room was fine though slight smell. Great to have a kettle. Shower needs a couple of hooks to hang clothes and towels on. Kitchen is a partly a building site and I did not find a fridge. I did not see anyone when checking in but the codes and information sent by SMS all worked well.
