Upon Checkin, the manager on duty was rude and would not listen. We had inquired with Expedia about a room upgrade but had not committed to one. The manager insisted that we had and would not check us in unless we paid an upgrade charge. He would not listen and was very difficult. As we were getting on elevator, we heard him laughing about the interaction with other employees. Later in evening, he stopped us as we were returning from dinner and told us that any guest that came to our room would have to leave by 9:00 pm.

The property is in a good location and clean with adequate facilities. Did not like the bathroom layout and the cupboard space.

The check in process was super easy! The room was clean and had everything you would need, only missing cutlery. Bed was comfy - pillows could be better but definitely did the job

Property didn’t have my booking on arrival and didn’t have the room type booked available. I was put in an accessibility room downstairs which was next to the staff room ,who slammed doors throughout the night. Not ideal on a business trip and disappointed that any disabled guests would receive that treatment

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and eager to answer any questions and help with directions. Within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and Albert Dock.

Todo muy bien en cuanto a costo - beneficio, el único pero que le pongo es que las puertas al cerrarse hacen mucho ruido, cada que algún huésped cerraba su puerta era demasiado ruido, incluso mientras dormía.

The suite we had was absolutely wonderful! Our top-floor room was beautiful, clean, and had a quiet environment. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We definitely recommend this place to other travelers and will be staying here again when we return to Liverpool. Cheers to the location as well! Everything was in a great walking distance!

Myself and my partner came here to celebrate our anniversary, instantly as soon as we arrived Alex ( I think this was her name she was a lovely young lady) she instantly remembered us and made us feel right at home, we love how bright and spacious the rooms are there’s air con and access to open the windows which I loved as we aren’t a fan of it being hot and muggy we will be coming back shortly thank you again stay city staff x

Parking was a bit confusing on arrival, no clear directions or how to enter the parking area, was also rather expensive at £15 per night when the NCE carpark next door was £9 per night! The check-in process was a bit of a faff asking guest to complete information online which was slow. I got fed up and asked the receptionist to do it manually for me which she kindly did, the staff were really nice and friendly. Rooms were really comfortable and clean. They are really good value for money and are ideally located for easy short walk to the shopping areas. The stay was spoiled because the communal areas were being painted which meant that workmen were in the corridor outside the room just before 8am chatting away which woke us up earlier than we wanted.maybe close the floor that they are painting in future. I would stay again, i think we were just unfortunate to stay during refurbishment works.

Location was great but got quite noisy by some guests coming back quite late/early morning and not being considerate off others who were asleep

Excellent hotel.
Very nice clean and stylish hotel. Great to have a carpark attached to the hotel which is secure and not outsourced to an NPC. Will definitely use again. Great value for the price.
