"I can highly recommend this hotel. It is clean and in great condition. The staff are brilliant and the lovely lady on reception made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was fantastic and I would say it’s the nicest hotel we have stayed at in a long time 😊"

"We stayed in an upgraded room which was fantastic except the shower pressure was diabolical. Breakfast was amazing, bed was really comfortable, staff were wonderful. We stayed in a non upgraded room a day before this stay and the shower was amazing but the room was really tired. Again the bed was super comfy and brekkie wonderful. "

"Breakfast we didn't have as it was extra so can't comment on that , the views were amazing and we had a room looking out across the moors , the room was pretty bit obviously old and creeky ,massive bathroom with bath and separate shower , the cold tap in the bath didn't seem to work ,no water cold water came through, bed seemed to be on the small side even though was advertised as king size ! Narrow corridors and clunky doors separated the rooms along it and unfortunately inconsiderate noisy...

"Parking appeared to only be on the road outside. However, the booking suggested a continental breakfast, and it was actually a fantastic full English. High quality food for the price, and a fantastic surprise."

"Noisy and very cold room. Some outside air condition unit was making noise between 5:30 to 22:10 every single day. Heating the room was a challenge with no chance to win."

"The car park was good and the bar was with a lot of choice of whatever you fancied to drink Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Location was perfect, easy access to local bus service. The hotel was very clean . Fires were lit to add to the lovely feeling of comfort "

"Huge car park. Access to load and unload car. Very dog friendly, beaut snacks for dogs in reception. Staff were lovely and friendly. Room 201 fabulous room, view was breath taking. Lovely toiletries in room. Bed was huge and so comfy. Meal was lovely, breakfast was very tasty. Loads of walks from hotel. We will definitely be back. Will be recommending to our friends and family "
