"We had a wonderful stay while in Porto. The location of the hotel was perfect and Ajita was very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Although being on the top floor without a lift, the balcony was nice during the evening. There is construction happening nearby, but we were not in the room most of the time it was going on, so it didn't make a difference to us. I would stay once more if lucky enough to visit Porto again."

"Allt var perfekt! Personalen, frukosten, rummen, Spa. Det är dock en två mindre saker man skulle kunna förbättra. 1) gym arean är liten men man skulle kunna få till en komplett träning om hotellet köpte in hantlar upp till 20-30kg. Det finns bara hantlar upp till 10kg. Dem har visserligen kettlebells upp till 20kg men kettlebells är inte lika användbara som handlar. 2) under min vistelse återfylldes aldrig te påsar i rummet. En liten sak i sig men ändå något som kan förbättras. "

"We stayed for 2 nights with wife and 3 kids. The staff (Ana) was very nice and helpful. They stored our luggage while room was ready and we went out to grab lunch. They messaged us when room was ready (before check in time) Location was close to restaurants and many popular places. Breakfast was ok if you just want to grab something fast and start your day quickly. If you want to have a good, proper breakfast there are many good options close by. "Because our originally booked room was under renovation, the hotel moved us to two rooms on the same floor. There were five of us, so this actually gave us much more space and was very comfortable for our stay. The rooms were very clean and new, and the hotel staff were extremely friendly. Each room was also gifted a small bottle of Porto wine, which was a lovely touch. After we checked out, the hotel kindly stored our luggage for us as well. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel!"
