"Room was amazing, they kindly upgraded us and it really made our stay so nice as we've never had that before. The room was beautiful as was the hotel so full of character. Staff were always friendly and helpful, communication before, during and after our stay was faultless. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious. Great location. We didnt really experience the spa at all but the rooftop piol area was phenomenal and very clean. We would stay again"

"This property was a gem. As of June ‘26 this is a newly remodeled property. Suites as huge and have plenty of space for a family of 4 or 5. Everything from the room entertainment to the bathroom was spotless. The lobby and restaurants are amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. The pool, beach, and outdoor restaurant were also in great condition and had great options. This felt way nicer than equivalent properties in places like Cabo, Maui, or the Caribbean....

"The check-in staff were incredible. The gentleman who helped us could not have been nicer and went above and beyond to assist us. Parking can be a bit challenging if you are unable to get a spot in the hotel's parking area, and he was extremely helpful in guiding us through the options. The level of service throughout our stay was outstanding. The pool area was very nice and a great place to relax. Bar service at the pool was average, and there was no background music, which made the atmosphere...
