"I have stayed at many hotel/motel locations within the last year . I chose this hotel because on the price point for a concert and knew it was for just a place to sleep briefly . That being said , I would not stay there again. The grounds and upkeep/ maintenance were very neglected . The cleaning was not within means…. there were massive smudge marks on mirrors in the room, carpets throughout the structure were filthy and bumpy, bathrooms not cleaned thoroughly etc… I slept in my clothes and...

"We had the best couple nights at the Grand View!! So relaxing but also very close to everything you want to do!! We went to The Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion for a concert & it was an easy drive there & back!! Checking in & out was very easy well & the staff super friendly!! We’ll definitely be back!!"

"The room actually exceeded our expectations and the options at breakfast were great and the food was good too! Our only complaint is that it was a $100 deposit fee.... if it's over $50, it should definitely be listed in the agreement stuff you sign, as most places are $50. When I brought it up to the lady at the front desk, she said I am supposed to call... wouldnt it be easier to have it just listed... They definitely need more parking as well. We got back to the hotel after our event and all...

"Its a family friendly friendly resort with good amenties for a long week stays. All tge attractions around Laconia, NH are under 10 minutes drive from this reaort which makes it more attractive."

"My reservation was not found. At first Sanilla (not sure of spelling) was not friendly at all. She turned it around after my husband and I killed her with kindness. Also the young girl at the pool could be kinder to the guests. Was disappointed in Expedia/Steele hill about the reservation mixup. Hope it does not happen again! "

"Great communication prior to check in. Room was comfy and cozy. Had everything we needed. Assumed we were booking one of the cabins, but ended up across the road at the motel portion. That was a little misleading. Overall a great stay."
