"When i arrived the parking & walking area was a sheet of ice. When i got to my room the thermostat was set to full max. It felt like a 110 degree sauna. I Tried to turn down the heat but the room was so hot that it would have taken all night to cool down enough. To remain clothed, I attempted to open a window to let some heat out only to find the windows screwed shut. I asked for another room but was told that i ciuld not have one. "The room was very spacious and bright, with a gas fireplace and sitting area in front of it. The chairs in the seating area were a bit uncomfortable, saggy, so one night we watched the small tv in bed. The beds and bedding were very comfortable.
