"Stayed overnight, but if I could do it again- would’ve stayed the entire 3 day weekend. The layout is perfect for a getaway. Not too busy- but plenty to do without ever needing to leave. My wife got a pedicure, we sat down to eat at The Garage, checked out a movie at the theater, and ended the night with a room service snack. Great staff! Have to acknowledge that room service ended at 10pm and I placed an order at 9:55😬 - But staff handled the order no problem! Overall enjoyed my stay."

"Something needs to be done about the parking. The price to park at the hotel is to expensive. 40.00 dollars a night or 48.00 if you use valet. That is to much. Especially when right down the street you can park for 20.00 dollars a night but you would have to walk a half a block with your luggage."

"The room was not cleaned on the first night. We had to go to the front desk the next day and request for the room to be cleaned. After we requested the room to be cleaned they came in and replaced towels and made the beds. They also did not empty the trash at all and they did not take these used wash clothes that were in the tub. After this event we figured they weren’t interested in working or keeping the property clean and cleaning the rooms. We were surprised at the level of neglect...

"The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We stayed in a room with two queen beds, and both mattresses were extremely soft and uncomfortable. We sank into the mattresses while sleeping and woke up with severe backaches the next morning. A comfortable and supportive mattress is very important for a hotel stay, and unfortunately, the beds made it difficult for us to get a good night’s sleep. The mattresses definitely need to be replaced or upgraded."

"We stay here a lot because the front desk staff is top notch! For the first time, though, we had three problems:
1. Someone left the shower running before we got into our room. We walked in and I heard it. Yep. Water all over the bathroom floor.
2. The pool was cooooold!
3. No hot water in the shower. Probably all got used when it was left on.
When I told the person at checkout (whom I assume is a manager) about the problem #1 as the major issue, she apologized profusely. I'm just glad it got...
