"Kami merasa nyaman selama tinggal di Ubad Retreat, mulai dari pelayanan receptionist, pelayanan breakfast, billing. Semuanya berjalan cukup smooth, ramah dan kekeluargaan. Hal-hal yang memuaskan : 1. Pelayanan ramah dan kekeluargaan 2. Suasana hotel sangat menenangkan seperti suasana pedesaan 3. Kamar luas dan bersih 4. Kamar mandi juga sangat luas (menurut saya terlalu luas) 5. Breakfast cukup okay 6. Massage servicenya okay banget Beberapa kekurangan yang bisa menjadi masukan : 1....

"Friendly host. The room was updated so it looked nice. There were spiders and spider webs so the place needed improvement with cleaning. I also had a hard time sleeping due to noises from people in the kitchen and roosters crowing. I’m talking early morning like 4/5am. But the cost of the room was cheap."

"Our stay at The Hidden Bali in was great. The rooms was very clean and the property was beautiful and well taken care of. Everyone at the property was so kind and the breakfast was great. Wayan was incredibly helpful and gave us great suggestions for places to see and was kind enough to be our driver for our time in Ubud. The location of the property is also great - close to central Ubud but not right in the action. Many attractions and restaurants within walking distance."
