"The staff was very attentive. The bedroom was clean. The installation need some love including the bedsheets and the towels but in general good. "

"They could not accommodate my health issue as i reserved the room and showed up later in the evening, but the manager and owner himself went out of their way to make sure i was safe.. the owner even went to another hotel to get me a room where I'd be healthy and happy. I cannot thank them enough for their understanding and complete kindness. These guys deserve 10 stars but it's not an option."

"The property is even more beautiful than the pictures. And everything appears to be new and well maintained. The artwork everywhere adds to the personality of the place. "We enjoyed our stay at the Go Quito Hotel. The rooms were clean, stylish, and comfortable, and the views from the rooftop restaurant were absolutely beautiful. The front desk staff were pleasant, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. "I’ve been on this hotel a couple times now and I can say only good things about it. The staff is friendly and helpful The rooms are CLEAN and they’re cleaned every day. The place is safe, and breakfast is included. The area is good you have a big Mall in the front. "

They took so long to reply that when they did they were booked. Had to wait in the lobby for hours and they didn´t advise the room was ready until I went up to ask.
