"Always a great stay everytime I'm in Chicago."

"Our room had a strong odor of cleaning solution and something else? It was not a pleasant smell. The beds are older and not supportive, so we got pretty sore after a few nights. The staff was great, but the building is showing age."

"The rooms were clean, the staff was great, breakfast was delicious and the parking was the best."

"The hotel must be going through some changes Couldn't get food after 9:30pm arrival. The much advertised complimentary happy hour and snacks was not available. Water temp in shower was tepid, at best. I reported that and was told it was fixed. It was not. This has not been my typical experience at this location. Disappointed for sure."

"Everything was nice clean but the pressure of the shower could be better and the pool should change hours like 8 am to 11 pm. Other than that it was nice and good"

"This is a quiet, clean place to stay. Conveniently located and friendly staff."

"👍"

"I was in a room with a shaky bed that gave me some terrible pain at hip...it took me few days to realize it...the bed was not ok, truly shaky. I did report and hope it will be fixed before next customer gets in that room. Otherwise, the remaining items are fine. I did not experience the gym, but the bar was fantastic and staff truly helpful and kind."
