"It was my wife’s 72nd birthday celebration so we spent Saturday night at the Strand Palace. The whole weekend was wonderful especially because the hotel presented my wife with a birthday card, chocolates a balloon in the shape of “72” and other freebies. STG Hotel London Oxford Street
"Rooms were very small, with no shelves to place items, especially in the bathroom. There was no soap in the shower dispenser or sink dispenser. Biggest complaint was lack of space to put or open suitcases. The hotel is not conducive to a long stay."
