Really grateful stay. Checked in easily, esrly check in. The view was amazing, very clean. I loved the bottle waters in the room, that staff was amazing and very helpful, excellent hotel.

Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
Terrible service at the reception. We paid extra for a room with a view, but there was no view whatsoever. This feels dishonest and unprofessional. Very disappointed
