"Nice stay"

"Perfect location. Good for the price. Loved the balcony but there is only one room with it. Small but all of London is! Bathroom could use some updates."

"The good news: this hotel is in a great location near Hyde Park and Notting Hill, and the outside of the property looks nice. Now for the bad: the lobby smells of cheap perfume, it has no English charm (or staff) and my room was so small that it was like a coffin. Truly the smallest room I have ever stayed in (and I have been to 48 countries). Certainly not worth the 200 quid!"

"Las escaleras son muy estrechas para subir una maleta grande. El baño es muy chico, de verdad más que un baño de crucero. El colchón es viejo, o al menos el de nuestra habitación, se sentía un resorte. Se descompuso el WC y la persona de recepción dijo que hasta el otro día lo podían arreglar (así fue). Tiene una buena ubicación y está aceptable para llegar a dormir."

"Room is a bit dated, with a shower that you have to mix from the bath taps and is a bit weak but adequate. Oddly small pillows that were not very comfortable. Friendly staff and great breakfast."

"Great location, charming place at first, but we woke up with bites on our arms after the 2nd night. Management blew us off. Progressively got worse. We checked the beds for signs of bed bugs upon checkin and after the bites but didn't see anything indicating bedbugs. On the last morning, we found 2 live bugs in each bed. We notified Management we found live bugs, they brushed it off saying they had an inspection in January showing they were free of bed bugs. Our stay was in JUNE. Also, the...

"The room was stifling hot, with no AC or airflow. There were many floors in the hotel and no elevator. The room was quite small and there were no amenities. That being said, the location was decent and the staff were friendly."

"The hotel pictures were good, but on arrival, it was clear they were not recent photos. All good until I discovered that cleanliness was not a priority. It was clean at first sight, but no on inspection. The bathroom was dirty from the last person, and enough for one to pass out. I did not see at first as it was a business trip, until I had time to spend in the room. I was not happy. My room might have been an exception, to be fair."

"Avoid like the plague. I’ve stayed in all levels of accommodation, so I’m not precious but this was single handedly the worst accommodation I have ever booked. Room looked nothing like any of the pictures on the website, the supposedly‘Classic Double Room’ had the tiniest bed barely big enough for 1 person. No staff on site and they didn’t answer when calling the only phone number available. I question the validity of the other reviews of this accommodation, just plain awful. I will be reading a...
