"This guest house was a lovely find in a very pretty part of London. Welcome from Lekha was friendly. Breakfast was cooked to order by Newton. Gluten intolerance was catered for. We had a fan in the bedroom as the weather was hot. Ensuite had a lovely powerful shower. The bed was comfortable. Lots of lovely cafés and restaurants nearby. Also just a walk from Hampstead Theatre. Really kind thought of chocolates and a card for our anniversary. Would love to stay again."

"Avoid at all cost! Horrid air vents filled with loads of dust buildup. Dirty filthy rooms, showers, and bedding. The shower curtain was stained and torn, they didn’t even bother to replace it. No counter space in the bathroom, so forget about being able to properly put your toiletries up. The bathroom was so disgustingly filthy we opted to using public restrooms (yes, it was THAT bad). The bedding and towels had a weird smell and texture to it, as if not properly washed. The stench was so horrid...

"Room is a bit dated, with a shower that you have to mix from the bath taps and is a bit weak but adequate. Oddly small pillows that were not very comfortable. Friendly staff and great breakfast."

"Great location, charming place at first, but we woke up with bites on our arms after the 2nd night. Management blew us off. Progressively got worse. We checked the beds for signs of bed bugs upon checkin and after the bites but didn't see anything indicating bedbugs. On the last morning, we found 2 live bugs in each bed. "The room was stifling hot, with no AC or airflow. There were many floors in the hotel and no elevator. The room was quite small and there were no amenities. That being said, the location was decent and the staff were friendly."

"The hotel pictures were good, but on arrival, it was clear they were not recent photos. All good until I discovered that cleanliness was not a priority. It was clean at first sight, but no on inspection. The bathroom was dirty from the last person, and enough for one to pass out. I did not see at first as it was a business trip, until I had time to spend in the room. I was not happy. My room might have been an exception, to be fair."

"Avoid like the plague. I’ve stayed in all levels of accommodation, so I’m not precious but this was single handedly the worst accommodation I have ever booked. Room looked nothing like any of the pictures on the website, the supposedly‘Classic Double Room’ had the tiniest bed barely big enough for 1 person.
