"I was very pleased with this hotel, the staff, cleanliness and location. The hotel was a few minutes walk from Paddington Station and other underground lines. The hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean when I arrived. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was perfect and the water seemed to heat up quickly and stay hot. The room and bathroom were small but it had everything I needed for a 2-night stay and served its purpose for a solo traveler....

"The room was comfortable and clean, the shower lacked pressure but it was functional. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was limited but it was okay, plenty of nearby options. Food at the hotel in evening was a little disappointing but I've had worse. It was in a great location to all the key sites, would come back and recommend, unless you struggle with stairs or mobility issues as there is no lift in the hotel."

"Appalling experience - turned up after a full day to be told there was no access to the property and could I go to Aldgate instead. The booking was made specifically due to proximity to an event the next day. Had to get another room nearby at short notice for a lot more money. Would not trust booking with them again and would advise people to choose another option."

Apart from the staff member who checked me in, I was ignored every time I passed the reception post. Staff couldn’t be bothered even to say good morning. Very disappointing."

"The only thing i didn't like was that it was a shared bathroom style as there wasn't a toilet/bathroom in my room. However, there were 3 bathrooms to choose from so even if one was occupied, another would be free. Otherwise it was a nice place, the lady that checked me in was polite, cheerful and helpful. My bike had a good, safe space to be kept for the duration of stay, and there was a convenience store just across rhe Street. Well done to them"
