Be prepared to ponder if you are entering a modern terrace house with nothing identifying it as a place for you to stay. "Room very small, although very clean. Hardly any room around the bed. No chair. Shower very erratic, freezing cold one minute, scalding another. Apart from the staff member who checked me in, I was ignored every time I passed the reception post. Staff couldn’t be bothered even to say good morning. Very disappointing."

"Our room was ready early. The Welcome we got was excellent. There were three of us in one room and it was plenty big enough. It was spotlessly clean and the towels were thick and fluffy. The staff were very helpful and always smiling. The breakfast, which was included, absolutely delicious with many choices available. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much"
