"The location was on a quiet street, close to Victoria station. The owner, Nick, his wife and daughter, Emily were very accommodating and friendly. They allowed my husband to keep his small mobile scooter in the lobby. There is an elevator, as well. The air conditioner worked well during the heat wave this summer. "Appalling experience - turned up after a full day to be told there was no access to the property and could I go to Aldgate instead. The booking was made specifically due to proximity to an event the next day. Had to get another room nearby at short notice for a lot more money. Would not trust booking with them again and would advise people to choose another option."
