"Great location, charming place at first, but we woke up with bites on our arms after the 2nd night. Management blew us off. Progressively got worse. We checked the beds for signs of bed bugs upon checkin and after the bites but didn't see anything indicating bedbugs. On the last morning, we found 2 live bugs in each bed. "A few small steps away from being a decent place to stay. Keyless entry worked well. It's on a fairly busy road (most are in London) so it was a little noisy, but fairly common in London. Things to fix: No TV aerial Tap fitting was really loose. 2 min job to tighten up No cup or tea making facilities (only a kettle) Wall a little dirty/mouldy higher up"

"Fijn hotel. Locatie ook super, dichtbij metrostation, supermarkt, eetgelegenheden! Airco aanwezig, prima bedden, onze kamer was heel rustig, heerlijk kunnen slapen. Kamer misschien niet groot maar gewoon alles wat je nodig hebt! Iedere dag weer schone kamer. Ontbijt ook top en uitgebreid! Lekkere koffie, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel waaronder Elena!"

"I understand the hotel was under construction. However, no options for coffee or any kind of food, and the room was WAY too small for two people and 2 beds. We were literally having to turn sideways to move around the beds to get to the bathroom there was so little space. Not the greatest experience"

"Für diejenigen, die einen "short stay" gebucht haben: Es ist ein Studentenwohnheim mit besonderen Annehmlichkeiten. Nur Gäste mit key card können auf das Gelände, die Zimmer sind einfach gehalten, kein Fernseher, die Toilette und die Dusche müssen mit anderen Gästen geteilt werden (Tipp: Badeschlappen, evtl. Bademantel mitnehmen!). Das Frühstück ist nicht inbegriffen. Es ist reichhaltig (englisch und kontinental). Man bezahlt, was man nimmt. Sehr günstig und stilvoll im Großen Saal serviert....

"The good news: this hotel is in a great location near Hyde Park and Notting Hill, and the outside of the property looks nice. Now for the bad: the lobby smells of cheap perfume, it has no English charm (or staff) and my room was so small that it was like a coffin. Truly the smallest room I have ever stayed in (and I have been to 48 countries). Certainly not worth the 200 quid!"
