"Great location, charming place at first, but we woke up with bites on our arms after the 2nd night. Management blew us off. Progressively got worse. We checked the beds for signs of bed bugs upon checkin and after the bites but didn't see anything indicating bedbugs. On the last morning, we found 2 live bugs in each bed. "Nice stay"

"The room was stifling hot, with no AC or airflow. There were many floors in the hotel and no elevator. The room was quite small and there were no amenities. That being said, the location was decent and the staff were friendly."

"A few small steps away from being a decent place to stay. Keyless entry worked well. It's on a fairly busy road (most are in London) so it was a little noisy, but fairly common in London. Things to fix: No TV aerial Tap fitting was really loose. 2 min job to tighten up No cup or tea making facilities (only a kettle) Wall a little dirty/mouldy higher up"

"Overpriced for a 2-3 star hotel even in London. However it was central, clean and the AC worked. Oddly it looked as if the fixtures and furniture were from other properties. We were a cramped family of four, would try with just two travelling."

"Location is fabulous. Getting to and from all London attractions and airport with the underground is a breeze. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"Very close to tube station. We had to be moved from the first room as the sofa bed was unusable. Second room was larger and the sofa bed was ok. Wouldn’t want the girls to have slept on if to more than a night or so.. the shower was’t the best but did the job for one shower. Pub was lovely with a great range of beers and the food was excellent. Staff were really helpful.and friendly."

"The good news: this hotel is in a great location near Hyde Park and Notting Hill, and the outside of the property looks nice. Now for the bad: the lobby smells of cheap perfume, it has no English charm (or staff) and my room was so small that it was like a coffin. Truly the smallest room I have ever stayed in (and I have been to 48 countries). Certainly not worth the 200 quid!"
