"Die Lage war sehr gut, Victoria U-Bahn Station und die Bushaltestelle war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Comfort Doppelzimmer war extrem klein, das Bett ebenfalls. Es gab keine Klimaanlage, nur einen Ventilator, welcher warme Tage nicht wirklich erträglich machte. Wir wollten das Fenster über den Tag geschlossen halten und die Vorhänge zumachen um Hitze zu vermeiden. Die Reinigungskraft machte jedes mal alles auf, somit war es abends stickig im Zimmer. Es gab keine Schilder, dass eine Reinigung...

"We had the top floor which I was grateful for due to the noisy area. There is no lift which was fine for us but if you have large bags or physical limitations it would be very difficult. One staff member was great ,Kieran, but the first two we meet ignored us. Breakfast was included which was a perk. The room was clean and bed comfortable."

Tried to cancel but was continually referred to the terms and conditions, think this happens quite regularly when you read reviews on other platforms. Don't forget, if you do decide to go, you'll need to make a further deposit! Disappointing but lesson learnt."

"It’s about a 5-minute walk from Paddington Station, so it’s very convenient for getting around London by train or bus. Early check-in is also available for an additional fee. You can come and go 24 hours a day, but you will be responsible for keeping the key safe yourself. I think the staff are very helpful and friendly."
