The air con was much needed too, especially in the heat we have had/having. Location wise is fantastic. Right next to the underground and a 24/7 supermarket. "The staff was very kind, and they will store your luggage if you arrive before check in or leave after check out. The hotel is right next to a metro station and cafes, so it was very conveniently located for our overnight stay in London."

The booking was made specifically due to proximity to an event the next day. Had to get another room nearby at short notice for a lot more money. Would not trust booking with them again and would advise people to choose another option."
