The booking was made specifically due to proximity to an event the next day. Had to get another room nearby at short notice for a lot more money. Would not trust booking with them again and would advise people to choose another option."

"We had the top floor which I was grateful for due to the noisy area. There is no lift which was fine for us but if you have large bags or physical limitations it would be very difficult. One staff member was great ,Kieran, but the first two we meet ignored us. Breakfast was included which was a perk. The room was clean and bed comfortable."
