"We stayed for 6 nights. It’s one of London’s older neighborhoods and the building is old as well. The staff were truly friendly and welcoming and we loved it. Breakfast is available and was tasty. The only reason I gave it a lower rating is because the floors at the hotel are really old. "super friendly and helpful staff. equipment could do with some upgrades. on-switch in the kettle in my room was partly broken. kitchenette in my daugther's room couldn't turn - which meant the cabinet door was in the way of the microwave oven which therefore can't be open."
