The worst thing was the two different fees I was asked to pay, I was sent two different links for the same room (payment method) two links to pay £200.00, then I was sent a further two links to pay £100.00. therefore, I reported you, hopefully it can get my money back. "The room was comfortable and clean, the shower lacked pressure but it was functional. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was limited but it was okay, plenty of nearby options. Food at the hotel in evening was a little disappointing but I've had worse. It was in a great location to all the key sites, would come back and recommend, unless you struggle with stairs or mobility issues as there is no lift in the hotel."

"Appalling experience - turned up after a full day to be told there was no access to the property and could I go to Aldgate instead. The booking was made specifically due to proximity to an event the next day. Had to get another room nearby at short notice for a lot more money. Would not trust booking with them again and would advise people to choose another option."
