"This place is so good! Highly recommend if you just need somewhere to get your head down. I had a single capsule which was more spacious than I was expecting. Loads of room to sit up and not claustrophobic at all. Great location, communal spaces very good and handy vending machines."

"This is our third stay at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge. The room was perfect. The staff took care of all our needs. Check in was quick and seamless. We had water left for us due to the heat. The location is spectacular. I cannot recommend this hotel enough."

"The hotel is really old and dated, very noisy. the location was good. front desk staff were clinical and lacked customer service. No introduction to the hotel. Restaurant staff were great. basic amenities of a coffee machine were missing."
