Very convenient location just up the street from King's Cross station. Helpful staff and pleasant continental breakfast in the basement room. The guest room is small, but I expected that for the price. Radiator needs a control dial on it, and the toilet is rather slow to refill but eventually stops gurgling after 5-10 minutes or so.

Horrible rooms- super small and dirty. Even the cleaning ladies didn’t do much at all. The rooms were so tiny I barely had space to walk and the one tiny window didn’t open. Horrible staff- rude and didn’t help me with my 3 suitcases up 3 floors on tiny stairs as there was no elevator. They were annoyed when I asked for a different room which was worse than the original. Good location though as it’s close to the station but never again.

Welcoming and friendly staff, tiny but clean bedroom. Only thing is about the big and noisy construction project nearby. The rest was perfect.

So convenient to St Pancras. Only needed a stop over for a few hours before an early Eurostar. Staff on front desk very friendly and helpful. Bedding very clean.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas como es de esperarse, pero están limpias, el personal nos trató bien, nos ofrecieron un desayuno por €10, ciertamente nos dijeron que era un café, un jugo, un croissant, un baguette (este no lleva nada), mermelada y mantequilla, creo que conviene desayunar en algún otro lugar, hay restaurantes cercanos con mejores opciones.

I got a room that is next to the side walk and can hear people while they’re passing. You can hear the bang of the doors while sleeping and people talking out loud. For 1 night stay it’s ok I should say.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but rather small. Construction going on in the park accross the street was a bit loud during the day, but the location is easy access to the Train Station. Overall very good for the price.

This hotel is beautiful and good for my stayday I need. I spent four nights in this hotel, which is very good location near to King's Cross Station. It is the hotel where everything I need, which is sleep take a shower, rest and go out to again.

Die Inhaber und das Personal waren zu jeder Zeit super freundlich und bemüht, egal um was es ging. Das Hotel hat durchaus seinen Charme. Die Möbel oder auch das Bad sind an manchen Stellen renovierungsbedürftig, da wir ja aber tagsüber unterwegs waren, hat uns das nicht so gestört.

The hotel located in the centre. This is not expensive hotel but all what is needed is provided with nice breakfast too.

Stay away at all costs. Disgraceful. Broken bed, hot water tap didn’t work, no hot water and the staff didn’t care. In fact they continued to take bookings knowing they had no hot water. Never had a worse place than this in my life.

generally speaking sjnce mass transportation system is about 5-10 minutes walk, However pretty much all the so called one star or no star hotels are rundown . overly price.

The stairs were poorly lit and very narrow. The treads were missing on some. The electric points in the room were dangerous. Only one in each pair worked - there was a distinct ‘crackle’ when a plug was inserted in the second. The room was tiny. The bed width probably only 4ft. It’s only benefit was the proximity to the station for and early train.
