Great value for money. Our twin room was a good size and clean. The bathroom was very small with a small shower cubicle but fine for the couple of nights we stayed. Breakfast was basic but good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. It feels quiet and peaceful but close to transport links.

The hotel is very tiny and basic, definitely a budget hotel. Location is excellent, and the staff and breakfast were very good as well. 2 things that I did not like: -the wireless internet kept dropping. Not really reliable at all. - coffee they served in the breakfast room and available in your room was instant, so not real coffee at all.

Property is kept clean and is well located near Paddington Station, Hyde Park, some restaurants and shops. Due to changing weather patterns and the heat wave we encountered, and because the hotel has no air conditioning making the small rooms uncomfortable, I recommend every room have a small fridge to provide relief through cold drinks. A hotel ice machine would also be a welcome addition. Wi-fi is very spotty and could be upgraded but, to be fair, we were warned about that on their website.

Room was Clean and had tea, coffe kettle and microwave if we needed it a perfect family room for our visit . Close to station for exploring and lots of family friendly places to eat . Will definitely recommend and return

Good location 20min walk to the start of the high street and 25-30mins to Selfridges and other shops. Great location to go with the tube or trains from Paddington station that was about a 5min walk.

Clean room, friendly/helpful staff and close to St Mary’s hospital. We could hear people walking around in the room above, but it didn’t keep us awake. Good breakfast for £5 per person. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location near Paddington station. Rooms are bijou but expected for the age. Very clean and comfortable bed. We were in the basement bear the breakfast room. Not able to control temp . Room was warm but we opened the windows when " home". Great staff in the breakfast rm. Noce to have breakfast included. I am hsppy with yogurt and toast. My husband had the full Englush 2 of our 3 days there. Juice, cheese All good. Noisy guests at night but agsin not the hotel's fault. Helpful front desk staff with maps and advice. Had stsyed there over 25 years ago and returned for the familiarity.
