Different!

Didn't realise when booking it wasn't a traditional hotel with reception. However, having said that after I'd fought with the black button on keypad to release keys which wasn't easy for some reason. The room(s) were ideal for 2 night stay, a little tired in places but well worth the money given location.

Esperaba algo distinto cuando reservé. En general es limpio pero hay un olor constante totalmente desagradable, asqueroso saliendo del baño lo cual me dejó completamente inconforme. El wifi anda bien, se escucha mucho a los vecinos de al lado. Habitación chica pero comoda. dejan te y cafe en caso de que quieras tomar. Tampoco había recepción como para quejarme de los ruidos molestos

There is no reception you have to get the keys to your room from code lock box. The room was very cold and there was a bad smell too coming from the restaurant underneath Only good thing is location

This is not a hotel. It is a nail salon. The property was closed upon arrival, the phone number goes to answer machine and alternative accommodation was required. Do not book this scam.

Bien placé et chambre coté calme . Propreté très moyen. Manque la moitié de l'éclairage dans la SDB, vmc très bruyante , tuyau de douche hs , meubles en piteux états , frigo gèle au minimum , pas de machine a café , wc pas très propre ....

Sicuramente centralissimo a due minuti a piedi da Vittoria Station. Il quartiere è Pmlico. Dietro l appartamento è pieno di negozi, supermercati e ristoranti dove mangiare e fare colazione. Noi alloggiavamo al 3 piano senza ascensore. Scale ripide e piccole. Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento junior suite che tutto era tranne suite. Lo valuto decente. La mattina le pulizie erano in stile British.... Inesistenti. Eravamo in tre il letto matrimoniale era comodissimo ma quello destinato a mia figlia corto e scomodo. Nel complesso accettabile soprattutto per la centralità del posto.

There is no reception or sign of one. The sat nav takes you a hair saloon where the staff makes you feel like you are crazy for asking about the hotel but in fact it is the right place. Then you have to wait for the owner for 20minutes. He arrives and is also very confused. About 40 min later he shows you to the room (a few doors down) and walks really fast, to I point where you might lose him.... the room is not very clean, for example the kettle is dusty and the remote control is sticky. The bathroom is not very clean either and the pillow smells like someone just woke up on it .... overall terrible and I don’t recommend. You won’t see the staff again, apart from the cleaning lady who walks in without knocking when you are coming out of the shower. There is no ‘do not disturb signs available’. Terribly soft bed, the mattress must be older than me. Good location though if you wanna be at walking distance to Victoria station.....

En arrivant j'ai eu la surprise de voir qu'il s'agissait d'un appartement et non d'une chambre d’hôtel, ce que je pensais avoir réservé. Très agréable pour un séjour de quelques jours, mais inutile pour une nuit. Point négatif: pas d'accueil personnalisé par un réceptionniste mais une série de codes et de boites à clefs... rien non plus sur place pour un petit déjeuner (même pas un sachet de thé ou de café,de sucre, malgré tous les équipements disponibles... il faut tout acheter... et quand on arrive à 21h, pas idéal...A nouveau, super pour un séjour de plusieurs jours, mais non adapté pour une seule nuit sur place.

Låg standard, dåligt städat och lyhört

Smutsigt på väggar och mögel i duschen. Dammråttor fanns det gott om. Väggarna är väldigt tunna både grannar och trafik från vägen hörs väl. Känns inte riktigt som att det lever upp till standard att associeras med Hotels.com då det inte riktigt framgår hur långt ifrån ett hotell detta boende faktiskt är. Du kan hitta bättre boenden för samma eller lägre peng.

There was no hotel. A nail saloon with a woman who didn't find a reservation and couldn't put me in toucj with hotel. Bery strange and scarey. Wasted my whole day looking for other arrangements.

The hotel isn't staffed - you get a code to unlock the front door (tucked next to a Chinese restaurant on a busy road) and another code to release a key from a safe. The room was nice - clean, modern decor, and I felt very comfortable. Shower was a bit tatty but worked OK (leaked water into the bathroom though)

Ce n est pas un hôtel c est une petite chambre avec un lit une commande et une télé Ne pas s attendre à ce que vous voyez sur le site , les photos sont fausses et prix cher du coup Personne a l arrivée , adresse non conforme , l adresse c est un salon de beauté , Heuresement que des anglais nous ont aider a appeler numéro d urgence poste sur le mur de la boutique d esthétique sinon on aurait jamais trouvé . Chambre petite , sale, grosse poussière au sol, cheveux pouls sur le lit , douche bouchée avec les cheveux des anciens clients, porte douche cassée du coup fuite , pas de frigo , très bruyant (on entend le voisin qui ronfle, la voisine sèche cheveux matin pdt 20 mn) , l horreur , autant dormir chez l habitant moins cher et peut être plus propre , par contre bon accès

Checking in was awkward. The official address is a nail shop with no signage above the door to help. I walked by it a few times.. they need to be clearer about their business address and check in process. Very clean and super location

Easy walk from Victoria Station. No lift but just up one flight. Got a quiet nights sleep. Small and basic, but well priced so would recommend for a night or two if you need to be by the train station

Zeckmäßiges Hotel in der Nähe der Victoria Station

Ungewöhnliches Hotel über einem Nagel- und Beautystudio , die Rezeption ist im Nagelstudio. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, 14 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Buckingham Palace und nur 4 Minuten bis zur Victoria Station.
