The check in went smoothly, however the shared bathroom was dirty and the carpets and and walls needed a cleaning. The bedding was clean, and check out was simple.

Clean room, comfy bed, plenty of tea and coffee in the room, lots of pubs and restaurants within walking distance, train station to get into Central London is 5 mins walk away, will definitely come here again.

The room was ok not bad, decor was fine and reasonably priced, only downside were lack of everyday products like soap, no clean towels on arrival and floor had to be mopped as dirty, but overall if looking for a cheap place to sleep short term it’s okay and parking was a bonus

Lovely clean and cosy apartment. Well equipped kitchenette and spacious, spotless shower room. Geoff was very helpful with the checking process over the phone . The apartment is very close to Kew station, Kew Green and all the bars and restaurants too. Definitely recommend this accommodation.

The staff who checked us in was really friendly. Close to local amenities and Kew Gardens, only 30 mins from central London. Pretty comfortable considering the price of the rooms.

very handy to Kew gardens and the National Archives, 2 London treasures. No longer seems to be operating as a Bed & Breakfast, no catering. Building is a bit worn. The room which I had was without an ensuite, instead there was a separate bathroom out on the stairs landing, which was coupled with the room but was accessible to others.

We've got the rooftop en-suite room. It was clean, absolutelly reasonable for the price. At the entrance fresh figs was presented for free from the Fig-tree that we noticed two years ago. Under the beds was parts of an IKEA furniture and in the lower drawer was full with hand tools and screws. We do not know why. Apart of this the room was fine, and the ensuite was clean. Shower is a bit week, and the controls of the shower a bit stiff, but I assume this room does not used too much. They changed the towels every day during our 5 days stay. We went there mainly because it's cheap and 10 minutes walk from KEW Garden's Victoria Gate, 7 minutes walk from KEW Tube Station. And we loved watching the airplanes, 800-1000 feet above our open velux windows, on final approach to Heathrow. :)

Building generally a bit run down, but room and bed was clean and functional. Very light in the room when the sun rises. Private bathroom was shared with one other guest. Good location and was ideal for my short stay on a budget. Wouldn't choose if staying with family.

Good room. Never saw the owner. A handy person let me and gave me the keys. Had a nice room and separate bathroom (very old school B&B). The house is under renovation but it didn't impact my stay at all. I'd stay again. Very close to everything. Couldn't say about parking as I used the metro. Loads of restaurant/cafe choices close by

Check in seamless and a nice secure, comfortable stay. Able to park safely and great selection of eateries (Lebanese, Asian, fish and chips) a 2 min walk up the road.

They cancelled my booking a few days before I was due to arrive. Didn't tell me or Expedia. Only found out when I called to check about parking. They said they didn't like people who chose the free cancellation option. In which case why offer it? And how is that a reason to cancel a booking before the payment was even due? I would have turned up with my family and had nowhere to stay. Expedia were unable to contact them but did give me a credit towards a new booking and fortunately I was able to find an alternative at short notice. But I recommend everyone avoids Kew Studios.
