I liked the location of the Orchard Hotel -being situated close to Paddington Station. The hotel was very clean. The staff I met were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very basic & I feel more choices would be an improvement.My room was very clean & the bed was comfortable. However the room was cold -the radiator was switched off.

Posizione molto buona (in mezz'ora a piedi si raggiunge Oxford Str.) locali e Tube a poca distanza. Pulito e personale cordiale. Da migliore qualche accessori, mancavano posti dove mettere i vestiti, mancava kit di cortesia, forse camera un po' piccola per 3 persone

Muy buena atención por parte del personal, únicamente mi recomendación es limpiar mejor la alfombra de los cuartos huele un poco mal. Pero en general muy bien y sobre todo el acceso a transporte está muy cerca.

Stayed for one night. The room was quite small, but it was enough. The bathroom and room were clean. There was no body soap. I think this hotel is great for someone who plans to stay out and doesn’t mind a tight space. The staff were also pretty kind

Excellent for its closeness to Paddington Rail (express to Heathrow AP) and Metro, Paddington and Edgware. Breakfast was not up to the level of a Denny's or Bob Evens but adequate. For my whole stay I slept well, it was quiet and peaceful. Suggestion, my room did not have a port to charge my phone but fortunately I had an electrical UK adaptor, if you are from the states bring one with you.

Nice hotel, clean , the staff is very helpful , the room 103 is good , no mould as was mentioned in comments , is small but it doesthe job , only the breakfast was not that good , very simple , I like my milk hot , when you ask the staff , are very helpful and did warm it for me , I recommend this hotel .

Orchid Hotel Review I stayed at the Orchid Hotel for a week after leaving the Crown Royal IHG Hotel. Overall, the stay met my expectations. The room (107) was very clean, and the staff were warm, pleasant, and attentive. However, I rated the hotel 3 out of 5 due to a few key issues: Unreliable Internet – The Wi-Fi was unstable throughout my stay, which is critical in today’s environment. Despite being told it was working, other guests also reported similar issues. Reliable internet access is essential and should be prioritized. Ironing Facilities – There are no irons in the rooms. Guests are required to use a communal iron in the lobby, which is inconvenient and lacks privacy. Transportation – It was often difficult to catch an Uber or cab after 8 a.m. due to rush hour. While this is common in London, it’s worth noting for guests who need morning transportation. On the positive side, the hotel provides a simple breakfast (toast, boiled eggs, cold cuts, cheese, coffee/tea) that serves its purpose, even if basic. In summary, the Orchid Hotel is clean, affordable, and staffed by attentive employees, but it urgently needs improvements to its Wi-Fi and ironing facilities to deliver a more comfortable guest experience. Rating: 3/5

Not like the pictures

The wallpaper was falling of the wall and there was mold behind the closet. The breakfast was some really dry toasted bread, som cheese and ham, flavored water and some lukewarm tea. The receptionist was nice and the check in was fast.

All clean. Staff excellent. Bedroom compact. Bathroom probaby the smallest I have ever attempted to use. Need to be a cobtortionist to use the loo, and when sat down one leg us underneath the sink. Ridiculous. Extremely basic (cheap) "continental" breakfast.

ホテル自体は清潔で不満はありませんでした。パディントン駅から歩いて１０分ぐらい。ホテルの周りは静かでした。 駅の周りにお店やレストランもあるので、困ることはないと思います。 朝食は簡素ですが、十分だと思います。ただ、部屋のアメニティがハンドソープしかなく、シャンプーや石鹸もありませんでした。ただ寝るだけなら良いと思います。

Hotel itself was ok , especially it was clean . The furnishing was little old but the bath was smal but very clean.Breakfast was a little smal but ok( with a lot of waste like plastic). In front of the Hotel there was a lot of thrash and we even saw a rat running around.My daughter had ants comming through her open window and she had a constant fight with them because the bed was directly beneath the window .Biggest Problem was not the hotel's fault . It was partially extreml loud at night .Cars and Motorbikes are racing around without exhausts. I am not that sensitive as biker but this was extrem . Sleeping was nearly impossible until 01 AM . I am sorry for the Hotel but it was bad , especially familys with childeren will become problems. Everything els was ok and it is nice to have such a short way to paddington station and to a lot of restaurants. For the Hotel itself i will say : I enjoyed the stay and would come back if the police would prevent this sound nightmare .It looks like in Paddingtone there are some guys not build very good "down there" to behave like that
