"We arrived early and was told "No Problem" and our room was ready. The room was quiet and spotless. we had the breakfast, finding a table can be a chore and hotter food would improve things but in general it was fantastic. I would choose this hotel again if coming back to London. The location right next to the underground and airport, perfect."
