The lobby and public areas are lovely but the rooms are horrible , look like they’ve never been updated for 20 years . For what we paid we could have stayed in a far superior Travel lodge than this place. Waste of money .

Fantastic stay. The staff were professional and friendly, and if you are celebrating a special occasion, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. Excellent location.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of London, with all the main attractions within walking distance. Several metro stations are also nearby, making it very easy to get around the city. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the reception team was extremely attentive and helpful, always happy to accommodate any personal request. Overall, a great stay and a perfect base for exploring London. Highly recommended!

Great location, very good hotel but one of the only lifts was out of order for the entire 4days I stayed there and I was told it started two days before. Unacceptable. The wait was significant.

Just finished a 7 night stay at the Radisson Blu Leicester Square, and I would stay here again. Location is fantastic for tourists - close to all the main sites and close to the tube. Staff were friendly, the service at the breakfast from Adeline and Sean was so consistently attentive and friendly. Rooms are a little tired but everything is clean, everything works as it should. The air con worked very well. We had an issue with a clogged toilet and it was seamlessly fixed while we were out. No complaints here!

The location was perfect for theatre and museum trips as well the huge selection of restaurants. We didn't eat at the hotel, preferring to go out for breakfast instead to Caffè Concerto, Kensington Creperie and Bar Bruno.

Centrally located and within walking distance to many attractions. Rooms were older but okay; staff and other amenities made up for this. They were having some pretty major elevator issues during our stay which made our check out experience very difficult (Our group was on top floor and had luggage for 12 day cruise)! Breakfast each morning was good and bar service in evening was as well. Would recommend based on location, staff, and price.
