My wife and daughter stayed there last night, it was disgusting, filthy, only benefit was location.

Geografiska läget är väl allt hotellet har. Ligger perfekt nära Hyde Park och nära till tunnelbanan så man tar sig runt staden.

The staff were really positive and helpful. The hotel was very centrally located. The room was large. It was excellent value for money and I would stay there again

Le seul point positif de cet hôtel est son emplacement, sinon tout le reste est médiocre. La propreté était plus que limite, seuls les serviettes de douche et les draps l’était. A noter que service de conciergerie est un service payant.

Location superb close to Hyde Park. Lancaster Gate and Paddington. Hotel felt faded but the bed was clean and the bathroom was serviceable. Great price for the central London location - just don’t expect too much from the hotel … it’s a place to sleep and not much else

The staff was nice and helpful, but the rooms were very old, not clean (I found some brown dots in the toilet and red stains in bedsheets), the bedsheets also smelled bad. The lights in the room weren’t working properly kept going on and off and some not working at all we had to keep the bathroom light on. The position is great can walk in 20 min to oxford road but… I wouldn’t recommend I’m not coming back

One of the dirtiest, not well looked after places ever stayed. Many things were broken and rooms in general been dirty including beddings. Person workingon reception was great and well helpful which was massive positive, but hotel in general need a lot improved and better cleaning team, also a lot of fixing.

Room was dirty, hair in shower, broken toilet roll holder. Blinds were not great so very light from 5am Room is very hot Room is very small but this is ok £5 per hour for early check in, we just wanted to leave our bags there and would have done it behind reception if we were allowed but had to pay £10 to do this 10am check out is early

The room is extremely small, the window. Only stays open when propped up with something. The shower is moldy, There was no air conditioning and when asked for a fan they did not have one. There were no toiletries, hair dryer or face clothes. When asked for clothes they couldn’t provide any . The carpets were extremely dirty. While it was a convenient location it needs some major cleaning and updating

For a budget this hotel has an amazing location, very short walk from Paddington and Lancaster Gate tube station. Some lovely restaurants in the area and coffee shops. 4 minutes walk from Hyde Park. The room mattress is thin to the point of you think you can feel the bed springs, but not so bad you can’t sleep. The bathroom is best described as compact and Bijou, let’s say totally unsuitable for the average size of our American cousins. But yes I’d stay again as the location is perfect and the price reasonable

Do not stay here. Worst place I've ever slept. The rooms are not as advertised, the pictures are all AI or stolen. Room was full of mould, damp, tap falling off, shower didn't drain, no amenities, a pubic hair on the bed, could touch either side of the room with outstretched arms and the window was held open with a bit of wood. Only positive was the location to Hyde park. But avoid at all costs!!
