Checked-in to the room and it was dirty. Was moved to another room which was also dirty. The night person didn't seem to care or understand. I have photos (over 20 in total) and I am going to complain to the hotel. Absolutely shouldn't have stayed there it was that dirty but didn't have a choice as was in the area for work.

The room was coean but some hairs in the bedding. The bathroom was clean but small and the shelf was falling off the wall. Hairdryer didnt work, but they provided another one. Had a kettle but no cup. They let me have one at reception.

Vorsicht! Das gebuchte Zimmer wurde in der ersten Nacht nicht vergeben. Statt dessen wurde wir in einem extrem muffig stinkenden verschmutzten Keller untergebracht. Offenbar Schimmel unter der Dielung. Dusche und WC waren verschmutzt und völlig ramponiert. Kein Handtuch, keine Seife. Fenster nicht zu öffnen. Empfehlung: meiden Sie dieses Haus!

The rooms are super small and the bed is awful sinking in the middle definitely needs to be change ASAP !!! we asked to be transferred to another room coz of the bed situation the one we got was not that good either , the bathroom is so small u can barely do anything inside , toilet seat was broken and the WiFi hardly works . We even had to pay additional to get in just an hour early . Staff not as friendly . The only plus I must say was the location ! Close to everything .

This hotel is NOT as advertised. The pictures are not of the same hotel. FALSE ADVERTSISING - and expedia refuses to refund me. The rooms are tiny, and the bathrooms are even smaller. The carpets are stained and burnt, Very Old stained mattresses, no cover on them what so ever, TV is tiny, window coverings don't open, window won't stay open, no toiletries, no kettle, no coffee, you can't fit a normal sized person in the bathroom, Yet this fact it NOT mentioned anywhere, its stained and gross too. The only good thing about this property is the location. Google reviews are very different from expedia reviews, a lot of bed bug complaints too. Do not stay here

I would never, EVER stay in this hotel again. What an absolute joke. “Deluxe”? Please. That word implies luxury and quality — this place is the total opposite. From the moment I arrived, the staff looked lost and uninterested. After checking in, I found a broken toilet seat, an old, uncomfortable mattress with worn-out sheets, no towels or toiletries, and a room that hadn’t seen a proper clean in ages. I asked to speak to the manager and went out for a walk. When I came back, my room door was wide open. At first, I thought I’d left it that way — until the manager turned up and casually said, “He is fixing toilet.” Leaving a guest’s room unlocked with their belongings inside? Totally unacceptable. When I raised my concerns again, the manager actually told me, “Guests make the rooms dirty.” Clearly, they don’t care. I was eventually moved — to a room just as bad. This one had a toilet partly wedged under the sink, barely enough space to get to the shower, and a fixed showerhead spraying either your face or the back of your head. Several plug sockets were also damaged. This hotel is filthy, cramped, and horribly run. It needs a full renovation and staff who actually care. Avoid at all costs.

The room wasnt clean. The carpet was dirty. The bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. The sink and shower didnt drain property. There were no towels in the room but the staff were lovely and gave me some on request. No hairdryer or kettle in the room.

Ho prenotato una camera doppia DELUXE, inutile dire che di deluxe non c’era proprio nulla. Bagno completamente inaccessibile in 2, piccolo e angusto, non c’è spazio nella stanza non ci si riesce a muovere. Appena siamo entrate abbiamo trovato cartacce e involucri di caramelle per terra, macchie di sangue nella moquette, bagno sporco e in condizioni non accettabili. Inoltre non abbiamo trovato il necessario in camera, come asciugamani per viso e doccia, non c’era il Phon che doveva essere incluso nella stanza e nemmeno il bollitore che doveva essere incluso sempre nella descrizione della camera. Inoltre un perenne odore di MUFFA E CHIUSO, infatti poi ci siamo accorte che la stanza non viene pulita e sistemata se non a pagamento!!! Se avete bisogno di lasciare le valigie in hotel prima di partire dovete pagare!! Pessimo posto, uno dei peggiori che abbia mai trovato qua a Londra.

There is a lot that could be done to make the stay more enjoyable. While the location was excellent and the staff friendly, the space is not very clean and there is a strong odour on the property. I saw small ants (or bugs of some kind - not bed bugs) in my room, and the walls and flooring were very well worn. An upgrade in paint, linen, and towels would be an easy and more affordable way to enhance the environment. If you are a larger, taller, or disabled person it is not accessible. The washroom is incredibly small, and you cannot sit on the toilet without hitting the sink. There is no way someone in a wheel chair or is plus size could comfortably use the facilities; if at all. I found the cost affordable for the area, though improvements are definitely needed before I would book again.

Absolutely wonderful! Situated in a beautiful, great location, near transportation, numerous dining options. My favorite aspect of it is that it’s near Hyde park!

Don’t waste your money!!!

I got there early and told to come back at three, came back and had to wait over 15 minutes for someone to come and check me in. The room was small and the shower was even worse because you had to manoeuvre yourself to get in. The mattress was terrible, could not get comfortable and had hardly any sleep, I will never go there again and would not recommend it to anybody!!

MY EXPERIENCE OF THIS DUMPSTER!!! ARRIVED ON THURSDAY 11TH, ARRIVED EARLY. WANTED TO CHARGE ME £10 FOR BEING 45MINS EARLY AND WANTING TO CHECK IN!! NO CHANCE!! This hotel was truly awful. The springs on my bed were completely broken, the hot water didn’t work in the shower, i wasn’t provided a towel and the room had stains on the carpet and door that looked like blood. The staff were extremely unhelpful and didn’t seem to care. Don’t stay here.
