"needs bathroom overhall, not taps for bath filled by a under the sink shower head ,floor gets very wet. gap behind sink,no were to put electric toothbrush when plugged in. given £5 voucher per day instead of room service ,not good loose jobs,have to ask for towel change, don't empty bins, don't refill tea ,coffee ,so vouucher is a con. very noisy due to trains"

"Excellent staff and location. Great for resting since it was quiet. The facilities are pretty good at the price range. Food was very good and expedited. The coffee shop was excellent with great service and very good coffee. Room was very well equipped with kitchen and washer machine. Bathroom was nice although with some opportunities in setting and rack at the shower. Bed was comfortable although the pillows were too flat. Overall, a very pleasant experience"

"Great hotel, well located, very welcoming check in from a lovely staff member, and really nice room with a comfy bed. Enjoyed the breakfast and overall the hotel was modern, clean, and well presented. Only a couple of small issues, one being that there aren’t any lifts which was a bit inconvenient but didn’t really affect our stay at all. The other was when coming back from breakfast with 10 minutes to check out, the keycards to our room stopped working. When I asked at the front desk...

"The hotel is in an excellent location close to all sights and public transport. As soon as you walk into the reception area you are welcomed by an amazing scent and a very relaxed vibe. The room was perfect for a solo traveller or couple with everything you need. Would book it again."
