"All staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was spotless, and although not that big, it had everything we need. The complimentary mini bar is a nice touch and staff asked multiple times if we needed anything further. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. Great location for Tower Bridge and Borough Market and central enough to get to other areas like Covent Garden without too much trouble. "

"Pnly good thibgs to say. I stayed in a big clean room and with a large private bathroom. Very clean and quiet (the glazing and blinds seem to sound propf the room.
