"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free). Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"This is exactly what we needed for our family. We loved having extra space and room for our kid/baby to play. The extra bonus of a baby crib/cot and a high chair was wonderful. We loved having access to coffee and tea, and additional paper needs through the hallways without having to ask. The laundry is shared, but minus the jaunt from one building to another, was super convenient especially once we discovered the drying rack. "Great property, very clean, modern and very close to all public transportation. Access to property was easy. Amenities were very impressive. Lots of good restaurants in the vicinity. We saw few folks complain about train noise but with air conditioning on, we didn’t feel any noise. Overall a great & well managed property. We will definitely recommend it."

"Extreme climb in very hot weather to get into the apartment in 90 degree heat. This apartment would be very challenging for some older renters, but all else was fine. Great deck (cool in the intense heat - nice!) and all else very professional. Excellent location."
