The room was perfect, lots of space and chairs, couch, and bed were all very comfortable. Great location for walkable sight seeing and easy access to tube. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook whatever you wanted. Great water pressure in shower, really loved our stay and would book again.

great stay and would stay here again. room was really spacious, the kitchen facilities were really handy and the location was good. only note would be that there is no where to store your luggage on the property before check in or after check out, so if you have an evening flight like we did you have to explore alternate options.

We had such a wonderful time during our stay in London; the location is perfect for getting around but also a little quieter than other areas for when we got back and wanted to sleep. Would definitely stay here again! Hosts were responsive and flexible with our travel plans, and made sure we had all we needed.

Location of the property was excellent- it needs some maintenance and the city view is non existent (we booked a deluxe apartment with city view) - it had not been cleaned when we got there for 3pm checkin, so feel it was rushed - which was disappointing - clothes airer was broken which was replaced straight away

Property was in a great location. We had a few minor issues on the first day and they sent a maintenance person out to fix the issues but the person came late evening. Otherwise this was a good place to stay as it was convenient and location is in a safe neighborhood

I can't recommend this property. So many things wrong, mostly unclean, terrible shower, no bin bags or tea towel, lift not operational, pretty ordinary to be honest.

Shower head is broken, the pull out couch is wonky and terrible, beds not comfortable, patio doors to roof deck patio did not lock, AC worked but on hot days could not catch up, comforters stained. Elevator is being replaced, apparently been like that for over a year, we had to walk 67 steps with luggage to get to our room…for all thing should have been half the price we paid.
