"Beautiful hotel. Clean. Comfortable bed. We stayed during a heatwave and our room never got cool. After two sleepless nights we had to switch rooms and were given a new room which was much cooler. However the shower was difficult to get into because the tub was very high, and only one bar to hold on. I managed but it could be a safety issue for some. I called room service to order a pot of coffee to the room and they had me hold on and then said it was 10:31 AM and they stop serving coffee at 10:30. Then someone came to my room with one cup of coffee.? Aside from the few glitches, this is a beautiful place to stay, convenient location, near to restaurants and shopping. They try their best to accommodate your needs and everyone is very pleasant and courteous. I would definitely stay here again but I’d check the AC in the room first."
