"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "Everything was excellent. Service, food, staff and room. Will use this as my hotel for the future visits. "

"The rooms were very large for Europe and had all the necessary amenities including a Nespresso machine. The only complaint we had was the card system and door locks. We struggled (as did all guests) to get in and out of the hall to the exit. Also the room keys all stopped working the second day for the whole building. Some upgrades are needed in those areas. Otherwise the location was fantastic. "
