"Lovely property, modern and close to tube and in walking distance to amenities. Only downside was that the walls were very thin so could hear the conversations next door and noise from upstairs constantly. Other than that, lovely hotel."

"staff were great. Very close to many restaurants and shops. We generally had breakfast at the PAUL and ate a few times at the Duchess of Kensington up the street-a gastro pub. Our first room was extremely small and the bathroom to be honest was just too too small. When we came back after visiting bath-we got a bigger and better room and bathroom. Entire staff was excellent but let me single out the Albanian gentleman who helped us with our bags and getting cabs-so sweet. We love staying there. ...
