"sauberes zimmer, nettes personal, gemütliches und großes bett"

"Staff were great, room was clean/cleaned everyday with new towels and bed made. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer all available. The location is absolutely what makes this hotel. Really close to 2 central stations, amazing restaurants, the park and Notting Hill. However, the walls were quite thin, so a lot of noise from very early in the morning, and the bed was quite small for a double. Would 100% stay here again!!"

"Both nights I stayed there were extremely loud parties with obnoxiously loud music that didn’t stop until midnight. We were not notified that this would occur and I certainly wouldn’t have stayed. Extremely inconsiderate of the staff. Would not recommend unless you enjoy being vibrated out of your bed."

"It was convenient for where we needed to be. Staff were very nice. Room was ok, just an older building."

"This is a lovely place. My room had plenty of space and was spotless. The staff were lovely and really helpful. The pub bit of the building is adjacent and has excellent food."

"A room door that sticks to shut and squeaks very loudly to open. Walls that are dirty. Housekeeping didn’t bother to make the bed, let alone change the sheets. Water pools in one end of the shower. Ceiling fan in bathroom didn’t work. Shelf unit in shower missing its bottom part (no longer a shelf, just a bracket). Shower head won’t stay in position. Food no longer being served on premises. The tv was slow to load shows (so slow I gave up waiting). Laundry bags sat in stairway landing for two...

"The rooms are terrible. They are not very clean, and the overall condition is disappointing."

"Gute ÖV Anbindung"

"Room was tidy, staff were super helpful, and all was nice. The photos show bathtubs in the room but that is reserved for the ultra nice rooms, the premium double was like any other nice pub room. Only downside is the stairs. Very narrow, very steep and very short steps, and no elevator. For a one night stay it was perfect, but if you have a large suitcase or are disabled, I would avoid."

"Clean, easy access, good pub, good location, comfy rooms."

"Great hotel run by very helpful staff- beds were very comfortable and the room was lovely. Excellent breakfast ! We will be back!"

"The room was spacious, and the mattress comfortable. The room was freezing cold, and I didn't get to speak with anyone to get heating. The duvet is very thin, so it was a cold stay. Also the shower wasn't great. Good water pressure mostly, but it did drop so the shower was more of a trickle than a shower. Plus, the shower wasn't all that clean- dusty and water marked."

"The room was comfortable and there is a nice friendly feel to the place. In the morning they leave a basket outside the room for Continental breakfast ( croissants, cornflakes etc.) Unfortunately there was no milk in the fridge and seemingly only cleaning staff on duty when I checked out around 9.30 on Saturday morning.Apart from that it was a pleasant one night stay."

"The room was huge, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. those were the only positives of our stay. The property is outdated and desperately needs renovation. The walls were scratched, the baseboards were deteriorating, and there was a terrible smell throughout the hallways. Cleanliness was a serious concern. The property appeared poorly maintained and inadequately cleaned. There was visible evidence suggesting a mice infestation, particularly in the entrance hallway near the...

"Very convenient located for me"
