"From the moment of check-in, this hotel delivered on professionalism and accommodation. I was here for a conference last week and the walk to the conference building was quick, safe and easy. I was upgraded at no cost to a suite, which was BEAUTIFUL. If I ever come back to Long Beach, this place #1 on my list to book. I haven't been sad to leave a hotel in a while, but I hated to leave! The touch sensitive light switches throughout the rooms were convenient and easy to use. I was surprised to see such a high tech addition. My only gripe would be the A/C, it was cool, but never kept the room super cold. It was never enough to complain to the front desk about though."
