"Room was very warm in the attic. Windows didn't open We had to wedge the door open to get air from the corridor. Bathroom not very clean, needs regrouting. Towels were nice, thick and soft. Breakfast was lovely. Staff in restaurant and bar friendly."

Communication was poor, we had booked a suite as a treat for Easter, part of this package was VIP parking, when we arrived the car park was closed, no email, no message on the Expedia chat with the hotel.
