"I was travelling with family for my son’s graduation. We booked 2 twin rooms and arrived late, very tired and ready to sleep, only to find we’d been allocated doubles. We were moved, but this took some time. The breakfast was poor. They can probably tell by how much food is left untouched on plates. After breakfast we booked an Uber and waited. The app clearly said the radisson hotel but the driver went to the airport instead. He suggested we walk there (a 25 min walk and 3 min drive!),...

"Very nice hotel, staff and room were both excellent, bit of down side is menu doesn't change much for every day, and if booking via camparenson website you'll need to pay for the health club, on which the website like Expedia doesn't say so. Otherwise fantastic hotel"

"The gym was exceptional for a spa hotel and the breakfast was very pleasant however we did find that the hotel itself was quite dated and the rooms were in need of a bit of updating. The bathroom especially could use some modernization."

"SWIMMING POOL was the main reason I booked this hotel, for my 2 children to have a swim after a long day, it does not say on the web page that you have to pre book, it does not say on the Web Page that it is adult only after 7pm. It does not say on the web page that the SWIMMING POOM is part of a kepp fit membership, and that has members that go there 1st thing in the morning and moan about children enjoying themselves while they are trying to get their lengths in.
