"In general, we had wonderful time in Montreal. Hotel Ruby Foo's locate close to subway/metro station Namur, easy to get downtown and all attractions. We stay for 2 nights in the room with kitchen. Our check in was quickly. Staff at front desk is very nice and friendly, explained clearly how to get places we were interested in. On our request to fix pot lights in the washroom, responded and fixed fast. Bed was comfortable, we had a good sleep after busy day in the city. One thing that staff should pay attention is - floor and windowsill should be cleaner (corners, close to baseboard, under the bed and sofa bed). It should be vacuumed properly."

"This place was close to the Raddison Metro, room was not entirely clean unfortunately, we did find hair in the bathroom, stains on the pillow cases, and something to note, the suite has a queen not king bed. Sadly, the wifi was not great either. We were super disappointed in these key things. Some days the lifeguard wasn’t around which meant the pool was not consistently accessible. Night one, noise was an issue which made for a very bad sleep. "

"The hotel in itself is great!! Lovely, modern and clean. We had a great room, very clean with a nice bathroom. Although, I would have loved a magnifying mirror to do ones make-up, but not a big deal. We had a great view from our room on the 26th floor. The staff were polite enough...although a little aloof, and rarely smiled :( except for the lovely lady who worked behind the bar, she was very professional and sweet. The area around the hotel is very dodgy, homeless peple everywhere, some screaming, some vomiting, some using needles. Although police presence is high around that area, I did not feel safe walking around, especially at night."
