"Off beaten track,very outdated , smoke detector went off half the night"

"This motel was clean and has the rustic charm of old Cape Cod. The grounds are beautiful with marsh views and kayaks available free of charge. Room decor is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The owner lives on site and is very accommodating. We would definitely stay the night again!"

The space that formerly acted as a common area with seating and coffee is closed. You must bring dirty towels to their laundry location and garbage to the dumpster in the parking lot when you leave or you will be charged $100 cleaning fee. No daily cleaning, no iron or ironing board. All can be requested. Door between the rooms was insufficient and we heard all the noise from the other room. Designated smoking area...

"This is a great motel in Falmouth. It is clean, well Kept, the Staff is very helpful and it is reasonably priced for a motel on the Main Street in Falmouth and a quick drive to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard."

"Upon arrival there was some confusion where we should check in. An email advised the Comfort Inn. After walking to their lobby I was asked to go to the check in at the actual hotel. Not a big deal but that would have been nice if I wasn't walking among two hotels. The unit we rented was newly remodeled and very nice. The room had exactly what we needed for our overnight stay. Very clean and comfy."

"Our stay was SPECTACULAR!!!! The staff were wonderful. The room was perfect. Pool was great. Inn is so close to everything. Continental breakfast certainly a plus. We will absolutely be back and tell our friends that it is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Falmouth."
