"Rooms were amazing .. dining staff were extremely rude especially the guy at the omelet station and the bar station but everything else was great . "

"The room was clean and comfortable. I love the non-carpeted floors, so clean! The only tiny thing was that the toilet tank lid had a crack in it and should be replaced. Not a big deal and I didn't even mention it to the staff assuming that every time the bathroom was cleaned, the crack was seen. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety of egg dishes and breads and muffins. "

"We came to Gainesville, VA because my aunt passed. The woman at the desk when we arrived was nice. I left as soon as we got there at 10pm, Around 11:30pm a man walked into the room. My mother thought it was me coming back so she said “back so soon?” Then she heard him mumbling and he thankfully left. "Upon entering the hotel the lobby smelled clean as did the elevators. I like how there were drinks both nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverage available for purchase what could make it better? Pool and hot tub! "

"Our trouble started when we went to our room. The door would not open. I had to use my body to get the door open since we were in we agreed to wait til morning to report the problem. We turned the heat on as it was cool in the room, got ready for bed and then the heater started making a banging noise. Needless to say we did not sleep well. "This is a microhotel so the rooms are VERY SMALL. It is convenient to Capital One arena but the price is too high. The room was clean and all just too small. Also it is very noisy on the street here. Thankfully the hotel provided earplugs or I would not have been able to sleep. The rooftop bar is nice with really nice views. Beeare that parking is .2 miles away and hardly any room to pull up out front to unload and reload. No valet parking either. All in all it wasnt a bad stay just...
