"Really enjoyed our stay here. The check process was ok as the previous tenants misplaced the gate opener. But we called the contact number and they answered immediately and got us right in. We attended our Bible class event and the distance we had to travel was perfect. My mother and father were comfortable. The patios were the best features. We will definitely come back again."

"We enjoyed the space and layout! The location was decent (walking distance to a grocery store and coffee shop!). The parking garage was very convenient and felt safe and secure. The suite does, however, need some attention (in terms of maintenance and cleaning). The management company was very responsive and note they would look into all concerns. "

"Good location and spacious, good price. Long-term dirt in many areas, fridge, backsplashes, on baseboards, master shower, wall plates all had dirt buildup on them. The place was a bit run down and not well maintained, 1 broken TP holder, 1 missing TP holder, blinds were messed up, splatters on walls, etc. No laundry product of any kind, not even for 1 or 2 loads. Bedding was synthetic, pillows were uncomfortable and Livingroom couch was very uncomfortable. Could hear the upstairs neighbors...

Spacious rental. Toaster did not work and kitchen did not have a cork screw or skillet. I asked the property management company if they should be included, and they said yes, however they did not resolve the problems before I left. Centrally located near Union Station. Close to Little Tokyo and many restaurants."
