"The room we stayed in was TINY. It had no tv, no chairs, no extra towels, no body wash, no clean blankets or pillows or a phone. Terrible. I don’t recommend staying here"

"This hotel tried to use a lot of fancy IT systems, but most of them doesn’t worked. First, when we check in, the system was down.
