It's an older property but it has a lot of charm! It's in a great location, walkable to a lot or restaurants and bars. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I loved the location. I'd definitely go back. The breakfast was also good.

Loved my stay at the Embassy Suites in Downey! The rooms were super clean and roomy, and the staff made me feel right at home. Breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect—safe, quiet, and close to everything. I’ll absolutely come back next time I’m in the area.

I recommend Embassy Suites. The hotel was clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The only thing that needs more attention is the dining room area, especially the deep-cleaning of that area. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! 😋 Overall, I had a great experience

Room was clean and comfortable but mattress in our double bed was not very comfortable it felt old and worn out otherwise it was a good stay breakfast was fresh and good and free only surprise was that they charge for parking like Las Vegas definitely a good way to lose business embassy suites should review this it’s not even valet or garage parking

The overall stay was nice as we were just in town for a night. The room over all was spacious and pretty clean however the restroom and shower can use a deep clean and hardware update as some of it was rusted and just not the cleanest. The breakfast had a great selection and the omelette bar was a hit with my husband.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. The room was very spacious and wide. The surroundings of the hotel is nice too, point a and point b is there. The only thing me and my family didnt like was the elevator. It wasn't as quick as we thought and some of the switch in the room need a little maintenance but overall the stay and hotel was nice.

We absolutely love this hotel. This is where we come to all the time. We love the made to order omelets. The food is good. The indoor pool is awesome as well, with adult only hours 9pm to midnight. Family friendly atmosphere.

Room was clean, beds were comfy. Liked that we had free breakfast, 2 free drinks per person per day at the bar, and a little snack bag at the front desk every day. Downsides: elevators were super slow and hot, the overall hotel in general you could tell was older, and the WiFi was terrible. And if you turned off the WiFi, the signal was terrible. I had to go outside of the hotel to order an Uber.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was kind. The amenities were excellent. What I didn’t like was that we weren’t notified in advance that we would be charged for parking when we checked out. We had no clue that this was going to happen.
