This property has roaches. The walls are dirty, the light switches were filthy, the toilets and showers need to be cleaned better and when I got out of the shower and grabbed a towel to dry off it had blood on it!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here.

When I arrived to location no one was at the window. After the key was given my brother went to the room. He left that afternoon to run some errands and when he came back the hotel room had been locked and he was locked out. The Personnel that was there stated we had not paid for their room even though it was booked through Expedia website

Had to book this as a last resort due to my other hotel canceling, just used it to sleep so it wasnt bad for that but overall its not the best. Good for the price and what its for. Not the best but definitely not the worst. Decent overall

Dirty tissues behind the lounge chairs. Roach, mildew and hair in the bathtub. Greasy smear on nightstand. No hand towels. Waited all day for extra pillows. Fridge had water puddles inside. No bureau for clothes. No stoppers in sink or tub. Head of bed lower than foot.

Room was not ready despite checking in after 3PM. Had to wait two hours for my room to be cleaned. Room was dirty; strands of long hair (that were not mine) everywhere, and the underside of the toilet seat was still dirty.

Worst experience ever wouldn’t ever recommend this place at all microwave outside water in the sink smells like **** the lady at the desk is too disrespectful and has a nasty attitude this will be my first and last time I just wanted a room in the area I wasn’t satisfied the window had duck tape holding the window up the internet was bad didn’t work at all the microwave doesn’t work and it’s outside this was the second room I didn’t like the blanket had a huge hole in it i couldn’t enjoy my sleep the walls was next to eachother and the people next door loud and could never be quite or get any sleep

Worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. After spending all day at Universal Studios, we just wanted to grab some food and a few beers on the way to check in at the motel. We get there and ring the doorbell and it takes the guy 10 minutes to even get to the desk. Then he asks for all of our info, gets on the computer while he makes a phone call and starts speaking Indian for about 20 minutes. He proceeds to then tell us that all he has left is a smoking room when we’d reserved non-smoking. We reluctantly agreed bc it was close to 11 by then and we just wanted to eat and get to bed. After another 5 minutes of him messing around on the computer and mumbling on the phone in Indian, he then informs us that they don’t have ANY rooms left. So they over-booked and didn’t even let us know when they’d given our room away. They should’ve realized when they didn’t have any more vacancies left and they still had people that haven’t checked in yet. So we had to leave and find a hotel that had vacancy at 11:30 pm on a Saturday night in LA. We finally did but for $160 so we’re forced to eat the difference?! By the time we got checked in, our food was cold, beer was warm, and my wife was so exhausted, she fell asleep without eating. Worst experience ever! And by the way, even tho we never made it in the room, the office spelled of curry and top ramen so I wouldn’t have high hopes for the room being any better. Hope this review saves someone a nightmare of a stay here.
