"Our room was perfectly clean every single day. The staff was amazing . I can not give it a 5 star bc the pool in our room was dirty and the main pool where the lounge chairs and pool entry was always dirty with bugs. But the main reason I can not give it a 5 star is bc we had notified our host that we would arrive to the airport at 11:30 am , they said check in was 3pm I asked if we could check in early but they never replied. They let our kids swim but my husband and I were in our airport...

"We had a wonderful stay at Punto Nima in San José del Cabo. Although it was only a short stay, we really enjoyed our time there. The condo was beautiful...clean, spacious and very comfortable, with an amazing balcony and great views.
The location was perfect, with the beach, great restaurants, shops and coffee spots all within walking distance. Monica was super helpful throughout our stay and made everything really easy for us.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to...

"My daughter and I were very pleased with our stay at this property. It’s in a very convenient location, with extremely easy parking and the area is safe. There is lots to do and see within walking distance. The balcony is nice, the kitchenette is good, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is a nice size. The pool deck is just a few steps away. Everything is clean and well kept. The concierge is attentive and helpful."
