"This place is like a rotting zombie all dressed up like a first class passenger aboard the Titanic. At first glance it appears quite luxurious, but once you move deeper into the bowels of the property you smell the sewage and the mold at various locations. My room smelled like a Petri dish overflowing with mildew. By the end of day one, every single food item tasted the same, from the icecream to the most decadent slab of meat, with this suspiciously peculiar aftertaste. I usually never leave reviews like this, but I paid 500$ to stay here for two nights and it was the worst accommodations I have ever encountered anywhere in Mexico. I will never stay here again. "

"I asked for ocean view i got street view verry noisy I could not sleep tiny shower shoer head it spray in one direction food is bad most of the time is burned no one speaks English beside the reception "

"This property was everything and more than we could have imagined. The spa facilities were incredible, we had pickleball, bowling, 8 wonderful restaurants, a variety of well placed and positioned pools. The room was spacious, and an excellent ocean view, with roomy deck which also had a hot tub on it. There was great music available, and the beach was an excellent walk. We will go back to this resort. Staffing was excellent also. The food was above the quality of most resorts in freshness, cleanliness and choices."

"This place is spectacular. I have never been to an all inclusive place where they continuosly provide service to bring you drinks and have such high quality food. The staff is beyond nice. This is a must visit place. "

"No major complaints. It is a great location. Staff was very friendly. And the grounds were kept in good clean condition.. The rooms are nice other than the large whirlpool tub in the master bedroom sweet. Also seemed like the staircases were closed due to maintenance on the tile work, which could be annoying at times as the elevator was very slow.. overall I would highly recommend this property. "
