From the moment we arrived, the person checking us in named Robert was very snarky and condescending with us. We booked our trip through Expedia so we were under the impression we had already paid for half of the room. Instead of him, explaining it to us, he was very disrespectful. We were able to sort everything out, but it left such a terrible impression on us as this was our first trip to Cabo. Once we got into our room, our tub was dirty. We ended up not using it. The food takes a minimum of 40 minutes to an hour to receive your appetizer. Our first dinner there we had to wait one hour to receive the wine we ordered and to receive our first appetizer. My fiancé had proposed to me hours earlier on the beach and we had advised them that we were celebrating something special. They forgot our dessert and the food took so long, We decided to leave. When we ordered room service, they forgot to bring us our order and we fell asleep waiting. On another occasion, we ordered room service, It took two hours to receive it. The property is not that packed so we never understood why it took so long.They have three different restaurants and the only restaurant worthwhile is the pool bar restaurant. There is a server there named Erik who was incredible. He was the only saving grace in that place. The food is very basic and not worth the almost $700 a night to stay there. We were so disappointed. The stay there ruined what should have been a magical five days and being newly engaged.
